Hops and Stops Boston
Back in 2013, Tim Koeth and Kevin Helm met while working in downtown Boston. In 2016, having spent time and money travelling to area craft breweries, cider houses, and distilleries, Tim and Kevin set out to build a convenient and inexpensive brewery tour option for Boston's residents.
During early morning meetings in coffee shops and afternoon discussions over a pint, the two guys hatched their plans as they watched the Hop-on/Hop-off buses carry droves of tourists across the city. If Boston's tourists could whisk around the city to old landmarks like the Old North Church and Bunker Hill, Boston's residents should be able to visit the new landmarks - our breweries and cider houses - that Boston had to offer.
Within a few weeks of planning, Hops and Stops was born.
Hops and Stops was created to better support the Boston area craft scene and provide a safe transportation alternative, allowing friends and neighbors to enjoy the unique craft beer, cider, and distillery options available in our backyard.
Hops and Stops is built to provide the most affordable brewery tour experience available, leaving you with more of your money to spend on the drinks and gear that excite you.
